I am pleased to inform you that I will be completing a book review (and hopefully) and a text interview in connection with work done by Jeffrey Krivis who is the author of Improvisational Negotiation.
Mr. Krivis has an impressive biography and has been in mediation practice for a number of years. The book itself has strong reviews already including this one by David Hoffman, chairman of the American Bar Association Section on Dispute Resolution: "Krivis’s insightful stories illustrate not only the techniques of a masterful mediator but also the complexity of human conflict. Mediators seeking to expand their toolbox will find this book invaluable."
I am looking forward to reading this and making comment on this blog. More anon.
