One of the leading Intellectual Property law blogs is the IP Kat.
The blog is co-written by Jeremy Phillips and Ilanah Simon and one of the distinctive features of the blog is that it is subject to daily updates.
It provides an excellent and lively discussion of Intellectual Property issues.
Recently I was able to meet both of them when they ran a networking event for sole practitioners specialising in IP in London. The measure of the turnout of IP lawyers(which was high) illuminated the level of respect they have within IP circles.
Today's IP Kat contains Tuesday's ruling of the Court of Appeal for England and Wales (Lords Justices Waller, Longmore and Lloyd) in Sportswear SpA and another v Stonestyle Ltd [2006] EWCA Civ 380. To link that story click here.
